Good experience from sales and service. I would have given 5 stars but, first 2visits for an oil change I was told it would be 2 hours to complete, so I left. This visit it took approx 1 hour and that is acceptable.

My recent experience with the service department and Mr. Aardema, in particular, was excellent! I was able to arrange an appointment on short notice. I arrived on-time and they took my vehicle straight back. Thirty minutes later, it was done. They even had it brought around front so I wouldn’t have to walk in the cold.

Nearly all the employees have been cheerful and friendly. The service department always is. It's been my experience that the Downtown location is much better than the South Jordan.
